The San Diego Voice and Sound Collective - Sonic Wisdom Sound Meditation

Sonic Wisdom Sound Meditation is a one-of-a-kind, intuitive, acoustic, multi-instrumental, multi-facilitator sound and vocal journey designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you achieve physical relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Facilitators lead group chanting and intuitively use therapeutic instruments to address the unique needs of participants, fostering deeper connections to Self, higher states of consciousness, community, and love. We end with sharing and community building.
