Not because we are extra special — but because we are, like everyone else, deeply in need of pause and nurturing.
For decades, female physicians have faced significantly higher rates of depression and suicide than both our male colleagues and women in the general population.
We burn out more often — not from weakness, but from force-functioning within systems that overlook our nature.
This is our response, one beautiful heart at a time.
