Between us we have years of experience in mental health and tabletop role-playing games, and we’ve seen firsthand how RPGs can create powerful connections, encourage creativity, and help players feel more confident in themselves.
We have been facilitating therapist-led therapeutic RPG groups and camps for kids, teens, & adults for 3 years with a focus on increasing social skills and reducing anxiety & loneliness.
