THE SACRED SHED: AN AUTUMNAL UNMASKING

There’s something about the farm in September—the trees don't struggle to let go, they just do. They stop feeding what isn't working and get ready for what’s next. We’re calling this one The Sacred Shed, and it’s all about learning that same lesson.

As the air turns crisp and that massive Harvest Moon hits its peak, we’re getting together to look at the year’s "harvest." We’ll talk about the "Elephant Stories"—those heavy things we’ve all been lugging around—and finally offer them back to the earth. It’s a day for clearing out the clutter so you can actually hear yourself think again.

The Experience:

The Fire & Ash Ceremony: We’re writing down the burdens we’re tired of carrying and releasing them to the flames of a roaring fire. As the smoke rises toward the Harvest Moon, you will find the clarity that only arrives when the noise is silenced by firelight.

The Vibe: Warm blankets, crisp air, and a chance to protect your roots while the world feels a little chaotic.

The Outcome: You’ll leave with a little more space in your heart and the clarity that only comes when you finally let the heavy stuff go.

Info: We begin by stepping out of the "working mind" and into nature's rhythm. A sensory greeting with sage and lavender, somatic grounding and meditation, intention setting and seasonal natural tea infusion.

Info: A guided walk through the forest to collect sensory items that speak to your truest self, followed by a high-vibe fast, vibrant, seasonally-aligned harvest lunch, served in quietude to fully awaken your senses.

Info: The afternoon starts by creating a permanent "Blueprint of Connection" using your forest finds and the sun, followed by a courageous reflection exercise and somatic movement session. We’ll finish with some breathwork exercises (pranayama), journaling, and a deep-vibration Sound Bath / Yoga Nidra to seal in your peace.
