Through soothing sound, guided imagery, and soft ritual energy, we will settle into stillness and allow ourselves to be held. This is not a time for striving or manifesting. It is a time for listening, resting, and trusting what is quietly forming within.
This experience offers a supportive space to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself during a tender season of transition.

We have mats and some blankets. Chairs are available if you prefer. Bring a pillow, eye mask or anything for your comfort.
Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in!
