The Road to 1776: From Taxation to Declaration

Travel back to the decade that redefined a continent and birthed a nation. This presentation surveys the pivotal moments and escalating tensions that pushed thirteen disparate colonies toward a point of no return. We will trace the chronological milestones that transformed local protests into a unified revolutionary movement, culminating in the historic Second Continental Congress.

Presented by Library Program Coordinator Robert Voyles.
