In honor of Stress Awareness Month, The Land of Milk & Honey Apothecary™ is bringing together wellness professionals, community voices, and restorative experiences for an afternoon designed to help us slow down and reconnect to our bodies.

If you’ve been moving through life on autopilot, feeling stretched thin, or craving the space to exhale, this gathering was created with you in mind.

Through honest conversation, tea ritual, and sound healing, we’ll explore what it looks like to move from survival mode toward real support and restoration.
