The Reset Room DTLA

Step into The Reset Room—a monthly, in-person experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supportive environment.

This is a space to pause, breathe, and come back to your body—especially if you’ve been carrying stress, overwhelm, or emotional weight.

Each gathering is intentionally structured to guide you through a simple but powerful arc:

• Arrival + Tea
  Settle in and transition out of the pace of the day
• Opening Reflection
  A gentle theme or prompt to guide your experience
• Qigong Practice
  A slow, accessible movement practice to release tension and restore flow
• Rest + Sound
  Time to integrate through stillness and ambient sound
• Closing + Optional Sharing
  A chance to reflect, connect, or simply sit in what’s present

No experience is necessary. All are welcome.

This space is for you if:
