Step away from the energy of the expo and into a guided nervous system reset designed to help you restore clarity, calm, and focus throughout your day.

These intimate 20-minute sessions combine immersive sound, aromatherapy, and guided meditation to create a luxurious pause from the stimulation of networking, learning, and constant engagement.

• Arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• You'll receive a reminder notification before your session begins, allowing you to enjoy the expo between experiences.
• Sessions are intentionally small and space is limited.
