A day retreat designed to gently guide you back to the quiet intelligence of your Heart.
It is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of discovery, rejuvenation, and connection.
The Illuminated Heart is the reclaimed Heart. It is the one that has be given the permission to love and be loved.
Now is the time to give yourself that permission.
This retreat isn’t about striving or fixing—it’s about remembering. Remembering how to listen inwardly, how to feel fully, and how to reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Throughout the day, you’ll be invited to slow down and be present through a blend of guided meditation, reflective practices, and embodied movement.
Each layer of the day will be guided by a Heart-aligned herbal friend, intentional chosen to support the different phases of the heart’s unfolding - opening, expansion, & embodiment.

During the day, we will call on the plant wisdoms to guide us more fully into each layer -
Hawthorn + Rose to open the Heart - creating a safe space for the protective layers to soften, while welcoming in receptivity, tenderness, and expression.

Lotus to expand the Heart - the delicious spaciousness of connection and sense of being held within something larger than yourself.

Sidr & Dandelion flower to embody the Heart - grounding your insights from the day into your body, supporting integration, presence, and unwavering illumination.

These plants are offered to deepen the connection to your heart and practices throughout the day. They will join us in the forms of tea, tincture, and glycerites. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to listen and receive. Taking the plant internally is optional. If you are not called to journey with it within, other options will be made available to connect to the plant spirit.

During this immersive exploration and connection with the wisdom of the Heart, space is created for both stillness, integration and active exploration.

This is a curated space for you to drop into your Heart, to feel it in its fullness. It’s a space to witness your human totality, experience your love-led Divinity, & remember what it’s like to love and be loved.
