Throughout the day, our experienced facilitators, Carrie and Stef, will lead you through a series of guided exercises designed to help you explore your relationship patterns and values.
You will release trapped energy from past or present relationships through a powerful practice of Bio-Energetic (Scream) Yoga.
Once you have cleaned the slate, we will guide you to identifying your values when it comes to relationships through interactive exercises and partner discussions.
As a tangible manifestation of your values, we will get crafty and bring your values into your present reality. During the day you will learn techniques to breathe new life into your relationships and cultivate inner peace and clarity to move forward into a brighter future.
