We’ll begin with a grounding group meditation to help you settle into your body, followed by time to connect and reflect. You’ll also have the option to pull an oracle card for a little extra guidance and intention setting.

From there, we’ll guide you through creating your own DIY roller sleep blend using beautiful essential oils. You’ll leave with a personalised blend to support your nightly wind-down ritual.
