ATTENTION AREA ARTISTS:
There will be an arts exhibition in June 2026 themed “Red, White and Blue" at the Eastern Monroe Public Library (Hughes Library) on Route 611 in Stroudsburg, PA.
The theme “Red, White and Blue“ conjures up ideas for artwork with colors primarily consisting of (the combination or single colors of) red, white and blue – scenes, events, abstracts or monochromatic, etc., paintings and sculptures will be accepted. This exhibition calls for artists to create their own interpretations and representations of the theme.
Space is limited for this exhibition, which will be open Monday, June 22, 2026 through Friday, August 14th, 2026, and we anticipate some awesome works of art by local, talented artists and crafters. The Pocono Center For The Arts is sponsoring the exhibition and invites you ALL to join us in continuing showcasing our artists of all disciplines in this Northeast Region of Pennsylvania.
DROP OFF of up to 2 works per artist (APPROXIMATELY 18" x 24") of 2D art
OR (no bigger than) 1.5’x 1.5’ for 3-dimensional sculptural work (pedestal/display tables available) OR combo thereof (i.e., one 2D and one 3D piece)
ART INTAKE: Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at the library from 1 – 3 pm
TEARDOWN: Saturday, August 15th, 2026 from 1 - 3 pm NOTE: this is also INTAKE for the next exhibition here. Please read on for details if you may be interested in submitting work for that exhibition, next..
No Intake Fee. A 30% commission on sold works will go to the PCFTA, a 501c3 non-profit organization.

Next exhibition for the Summer/Autumn Season - at the Hughes Library will be "American Autumn" - looking for artworks that highlight that glorious time of year around the local area, or the entire country if you may wish to display something from another area in the United States.
