The Rainbow Connection Sound Bath

Celebrate Pride Month with The Rainbow Connection, an LGBTQIA2S+ Pride Sound Bath designed to support relaxation, emotional grounding, and community connection in a welcoming, affirming space. This immersive sound healing experience is led by queer BIPOC sound practitioner Charlie Sebastian Short and offers a calming evening of crystal singing bowls, other peaceful acoustic instruments, meditation, and restorative sound vibrations.

The evening will begin with a gentle guided meditation and somatic release practice using progressive muscle relaxation to help settle the nervous system, release tension, and invite deeper presence before the sound bath begins. Participants will then be guided through a multi-instrument sound journey featuring crystal bowls, chimes, harp, melodic percussion, all creating soundscapes intended to encourage rest, reflection, and inner calm.

Created especially for LGBTQIA2S+ community members and allies during Pride season, this event centers inclusivity, authenticity, emotional safety, and shared human connection. Whether you are looking for stress relief, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, meditation, queer community events, or simply a peaceful and affirming experience, this Pride sound bath offers space to slow down and reconnect with yourself. No prior meditation or sound healing experience is necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, chair, cot, squishmallow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable, however there will be some items available to borrow.

Doors will be locked, my helper or I will let you in. No entry after the sound bath has started to be respectful to the experience of the guests who arrived on time.
