This season of life asks a lot of us. This evening is your invitation to pause, take up space, reconnect with your body, and pour back into yourself. Created for women 40 and over, this intimate experience brings together movement, meaningful conversation, and intentional rest—all in a welcoming space with women navigating many of the same changes.
Your evening will include:
* An open conversation and guided exercises with a pelvic floor therapist
* A beginner-friendly Pilates session focused on strength, movement, and breath
* A relaxing sound bath to help you slow down and reset
* Food and beverages throughout the evening ( Come straight after work no need to stop and eat on the way)
Connection and sisterhood in a safe, judgment-free space No Pilates experience is needed. Just come as you are and be ready to take space.
•GENERAL ADMISSION: Access to the event and a rented pilates mat.
•VIP ADMISSION: Reserved seating, a take-home pilates mat, grip socks, a gift bag, VIP Activation Experiences, and all of the above.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Comfortable Clothing for opitimal movement Grip Socks
DRESS CODE: All Pink Required October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and several breast cancer survivors will be joining us. We invite every guest to wear all pink as we celebrate their strength, honor their journeys, and stand together in support and sisterhood. Attendance is limited.
