🏳️‍🌈Spring Reset: Bloom into Practice, Community & Connection🏳️‍🌈
Join us on Saturday, March 28th, at 11:30 am for a heart-opening community event to welcome the spring with intention, movement, and connection.
We’ll begin with a guided group meditation and an energizing 1-hour Vinyasa flow, followed by an open wellness discussion where we can share, learn, and uplift one another.
Enjoy light snacks and drinks as we spend time building a warm, inclusive community. This gathering is designed to celebrate diversity in the yoga space and bring together yogis from all backgrounds at MYG. ✨
