Celebrate spring with us on Saturday, April 25th, at 11:30 am for a heart-opening community gathering full of intention, movement, and connection.
We’ll start with a guided group meditation and an energizing 1-hour Vinyasa flow, followed by an open wellness discussion where we can share, learn, and uplift one another.
Enjoy light snacks and drinks while connecting with a warm, inclusive community. This event celebrates diversity in the yoga space and brings together yogis from all backgrounds at MYG. ✨
