About this Event
This is a 12-week course, not a single class.
You don't need to be flexible, fit or experienced. You only need curiosity and the willingness to begin.
This course is ONLY for adults who:
✔️ Want to learn ballet but never had the chance.
✔️ Want to reconnect with their body after spending too much time in their head.
✔️ Are curious about themselves and open to learning through movement.
✔️ Are willing to be beginners — without needing to be perfect.

We start on time, so please arrive 10-20 minutes early.
Good news on holidays: no Berlin public holiday falls on a Monday in that window, so nothing gets knocked out.

What to bring:
Comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in — leggings or joggers and a t-shirt are perfect. Thick socks are all you need for your feet; ballet shoes are welcome if you have them, but please don't buy any yet. A bottle of water. That's everything.
Online Group:
The weekend before we start, I’ll invite you to join a WhatsApp group— a quiet space to ask questions, share how it's going, and get to know the others before the first class. Entirely optional, but most people are glad they did.
