The Power of Prevention

The Community Coalition Alliance, Inc. (CCA) in collaboration withthe High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas of Florida (HIDTA), the Florida NationalGuard Drug Demand Reduction Outreach unit (DDRO), and Drug Free AmericaFoundation (DFAF) are hosting a celebration of The Power of Prevention. This event willhave representatives of Community Prevention Coalitions from across our state thatwork to create population-level change through education, awareness efforts, training,data sharing, and community events aimed at reducing substance use and thoseimpacts across their counties. We will host an awards ceremony to recognizeoutstanding work by Community Prevention Coalitions as well as highlight localsectors who have made a significant contribution to this work. Additionally, guests willhear from speakers on the importance of this work and the impact seen over time.
