Let's end this summer right. Meet us underneath The PoeTree? 🌳
This Saturday, September 6, we gather in Vondelpark Amsterdam for an open mic at the park. Bring a poem, a blanket or pillow, an instrument, or a friend — and of course some good vibes! We'll take care of the snacks.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂:
- limit your piece to 5 min to allow space for everyone
- respect our mission to forefront the voices of migrant and queer people, and people of color.
- and of course above all, respect the people.

Fun fact: The PoeTree was our first ever event in 2018, two months before We The People was officially launched as a platform with our first poetry night!
