The Poet Behind The Mic is a poetry event with a twist. After sharing their poetry we invite our poets to talk about themselves, their work inspirations and aspirations, while also giving the audience a chance to ask a question or two. Our resident/ host - poet Ayo Fawole has had a passion for poetry from his first introduction, and after attending a few similar events has come up with his version of a poetry evening too. The Poet Behind The Mic is an ode to the poet and what they represent. This event is open to everyone.
