Poetry Writing Workshop with the Station Poets @North Chingford Library

Chingford Library will be hosting monthly poetry writing workshops run by the local Station Poets, a stanza group which is registered with the Poetry Society. The session leaders, Angelena and Maggie are both experienced poets.

Workshops are monthly, running on the 3rd Friday of every month from 1pm to 3pm, starting on 20th September 2024.

The group is perfect for people who have experience in writing poetry and for those who are just starting up and would just like to 'give it a go'.

There will be time in each session for discussion of topics, and for writing and reading your poems, if you wish to share them. It would be great if you could bring in your favourite poems to share with the group, and generate discussion.

Please bring your own writing resources.

The group is free, with limited places, so please book through Eventbrite.
