The Perspective Exchange

This International Women’s Day 2026, WCT’s GTA chapter invites you to take part in an experience rooted in generosity, connection, and collective growth.

In the spirit of this year’s IWD theme, “Give to Gain”, The Perspective Exchange is an in-person gathering in partnership with Monday Girl and Ellevate Network designed to bring together women across industries and career stages for a powerful mix of insight-sharing and relationship-building.

The evening will feature a short opening panel, followed by facilitated networking that encourages honest dialogue around shared challenges, opportunities, and growth.

With additional networking time before and after the formal program and a professional headshot station on site, you’ll leave with new connections, an updated profile photo, and a fresh perspective on your career.
