CFA Society Toronto, Canada’s leading society for Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholders, is proud to announce the 5th Annual Women in Finance Conference, themed The Leadership Journey: From Barriers to Boardrooms, taking place on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
The 5th Annual Women in Finance Conference will be an inspiring celebration ahead of International Women’s Day. Despite meaningful progress, women continue to be underrepresented in senior and C-suite roles across the finance industry, and many face subtle but persistent barriers that influence career advancement.
This year’s conference will spotlight these realities and bring together senior leaders and changemakers to share candid experiences and practical strategies.
