The Pause Project is a recurring women’s wellness series presented by In Good Company Collective in collaboration with Lakeshore Gynecology—created to bring women together for thoughtful, approachable conversations about the many dimensions of women’s health.
For our first gathering, we’re starting with hormonal health.
Join us for an evening led by Dr. Nada Lygrisse of Lakeshore Gynecology as we explore how hormones influence the way we feel, function, and move through different stages of life.
We’ll talk energy, sleep, mood, metabolism, skin, libido, sex, changing cycles, postpartum shifts, perimenopause, menopause, healthy aging + the questions you actually want answered.
