Graeme Hodges lived for years in India as a close disciple of the renowned Raja/Hatha Yoga master, Swami Yogeshwarananda and has participated in long meditation retreats with the highly regarded, Lama, Alan Wallace.He is certified to teach in a wide variety of Hatha Yoga lineages including Himalayan Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Critical Alignment.
The Path of Yoga weekend retreat
Join Graeme for this experiential workshop to demystify the
core yoga practices of Asana, Pranayama & Meditation. Learn to
adjust these practices to suit your unique & always changing needs.
We will reimagine our yoga practice in the light of a modern
understanding of Mind, Vitality & Body while touching upon the
history, philosophy & psychology of yoga. Importantly, the Freedom, that is the Yoga Promise as well as what to expect from your Yoga Sadhana will be unpacked, as this is literally where the “rubber hits the road ”. Minimal yoga experience is needed for this workshop.
Bring an open mind and a large amount of curiosity!
