WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
Sound baths are immersive musical meditations that encourage different brain waves and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. Different instruments are used to promote positive health and wellbeing outcomes and allow people to access a deep state of relaxation. This may include crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls and voice.

Lyndal is a certified yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner, retreat facilitator and menstrual cycle coach. She works with various modalities that promote wellbeing, relaxation and personal transformation that have also had a positive impact on her own life.
