Pinot Noir. Chardonnay. Gamay. The names everyone knows.

But Burgundy has other stories.

Grapes that have lived in the shadows of their famous neighbours. Some became rare. Some were nearly forgotten. Others survived quietly, cultivated by people determined to keep another side of Burgundy alive.

For the first edition of The Untold Glass, we invite you to meet The Outsiders.

Over the course of an intimate evening at Ambassade de Bourgogne in Paris, just 12 guests will explore a carefully curated selection of five unexpected Burgundy wines, accompanied by food selected to complement the experience.

But don’t expect a traditional wine tasting.

There are no long lectures and no wine expertise required.

You’ll observe, question, compare, share your impressions and gradually uncover what is behind each glass. The identities of the wines and the stories they carry will be revealed as the evening unfolds.

You may arrive knowing Burgundy.

You may leave wondering how much of it you had never met.

No expertise required. Just curiosity.
