Outdoor Sound Bath: Meditation Among Horses
Explore stillness, sound and equine presence. This outdoor series is a truly unique experience where participants experience a relaxing sound bath meditation with the retired equine residents of Blue Frog Equine. Located in West Linn, Oregon, this family owned farm provides love, care, and support for the elderly horses that reside on site. Participants relax in between the shed row stalls and myself for a truly immersive experience.
All beings benefit from healing frequencies and the outdoors. Humans benefit from being in the electromagnetic field of horses and practicing mindfulness. A bespoke selection of curated sound healing instruments will guide you through this relaxing experience. This limited summer series is from Late June to early September and has limited space.
As this is an outdoor event, you will need to bring items that will make you comfortable and that you are comfortable having outside, Think lawn or gravity chair, beach blankets, camping mats, and other items that will make you cozy. Ambient farm and occasional road noise, including nickers, whinny's, and birdsong are expected and add to the magic of this one-of-a-kind experience.

Time: 7:00 to 8:00 PM
Arrival: Gates open at 6:30 PM. Please arrive with enough time to get settled, as the sound bath will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. We appreciate your timely arrival to help us create a tranquil environment for all.
Venue Details: The property is handicap accessible. A non-handicapped restroom is available on-site.
