The Ocean City, MD Photography Meetup Part II
About this Event
You've seen the Victoria's Secret shots on YouTube, and you've seen bathing suit calendars. So now lets create your own calendar or update your portfolio!
We will be shooting on the beach at a secluded area that will be predetermined to learn where, plus all the shooting details you must have a ticket! All Models and photographers must have a ticket. Once you have a ticket, we will communicate with you via Eventbrite emails.

This will be a Sunrise and a sunset shoot as we kick back and enjoy the getaway, as always. And yes, you can bring the family, grab a hotel, and make it a fun getaway for all.
Photographers:
1) You can join us and shoot with our model talent and pretty much do your own thing, as they say. Or 2) you can join the instructor who will be taking a deep dive on mixed lighting setups and posing your talent on location. Yep, going beyond YouTube and putting you in the real world based on your equipment.
As always, photographers, you can bring your own favorite model down for this fun, creative shoot as well. Get the correct ticket for that option as there will be two ticket options.
What to bring:
So bring your cameras, speed lights, tripod, color target, pocket wizards, some zip lock bags to protect your gear, comfortable clothing like shorts or a bathing suit to move around in and get wet in the surf while shooting. Don't forget your bottled water and snacks. And get a hotel room if you want to join us all weekend for all the shooting activities we have planned. I recommend not to bring umbrellas or any modifier that can catch the wind like a parachute. That can damage your light!
We will be bringing our studio lights to work with you on balancing natural and studio flash with different modifiers and gels. You can also bring your own lighting setup as well.

Accomendations:
Some of the photographers have an Airbnb or hotel, "featured models" are welcomed to stay free of charge as always, on Friday night, so we can all get to the sunset shoot.
Freelance models who want to come down, contact us to share details, if you are looking to pair up and cut cost on a place to stay and or travel.
And as always, photographers, you can work with the model before and after the meetup, so discuss other shots and options with the models directly anytime.

Ps, our actual event agenda will be emailed to ticket holders with specific location details on our event web page. If you didn't get it with the password, you didn't get a ticket yet. Another email will be sent before we leave on Friday to ticket holders.
