REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Full Conference [SENIOR] Late $165, plus fees

• Conference attendees can look forward to gathering and socializing at the hotel on Friday evening, buffet breakfast, general session, informative breakout sessions, buffet lunch, and the annual Wing Awards Banquet on Saturday. Sunday morning Cadet Advisory Council Meeting and Commander’s Call.

Saturday Conference with Breakfast and Lunch: Late $105, plus fee

• General Session, Breakfast and Lunch buffets, and Conference Sessions

Saturday Conference with Lunch only: Late $80, plus fee

• Lunch buffet and Conference Sessions

Conference sessions only: Regular $35, plus fee

• Sessions only, no meals included - Registration required

Conference sessions and Awards Banquet only: Late $120, plus fee

• Sessions and Banquet

Awards Banquet only: Late $85, plus fee

• Buffet Dinner

CADET Full Conference Package WITH room: Regular $325, plus fee

Cadet Ball Friday Evening - ticket required if not registered for the Cadet Conference Package with Room: Regular $50, Late $60, plus fees

NO REFUNDS if cancelled after 9/29/2026 (cancellations prior to 9/29 will incur related fees)

The Group Rate Room Block is full! However, MDWG reserved a few extra rooms. If you are still looking for a room at the hotel and want the group rate, please email [email protected] and request one of the rooms. Payment must be received before confirmation of room is provided (MDWG will invoice you directly). First come, first served; limited number available.

All rooms comes with living room with sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchenettes. Resort fees waived for conference attendees.

Ocean View or Pool View Suites: $129/per night
