The NYPA Energize U

Join NYPA Energize U (In Partnership with the Mount Vernon Financial Empowerment Center)

The NYPA Energize U educational workshops are in-person sessions for adults focused on energy efficiency and weatherization. These workshops share low-to-no cost strategies to help participants improve comfort at home, reduce energy use, and save money on utility bills. The goal is to provide practical information and resources that support both renters and homeowners in making more informed decisions about their homes.

In partnership with the Mount Vernon Financial Empowerment Center, this is an after-work friendly experience designed to be both informative and accessible, powered by MVFEC’s commitment to financial empowerment, education, and real impact in the community.

• Light refreshments will be served from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Each household will also receive a free energy conservation kit at the end of the workshop. Participants will not be asked to sign up for any programs or services.
