Welcome to NURTURE.
A very special 4-hour retreat centered on creativity and deep surrender. Join us on Saturday, November 1, 2025 as we move between the beautiful neighboring spaces of The Willow Shop and Ebb & Flow Yoga Studio in Chesterton, Indiana.

Beginning at The Willow Shop, spend 2 hours grounding with clay, creating a botanical-inspired Monstera Leaf ceramic sanctuary. Then weave aromatic sage and fragrant palo santo, delicate florals and powerful crystals to create your very own sacred sage bundle. Amplify your deepest intentions by binding your bundle with a handwritten intention, infusing it with personal purpose and meaning.

Then step down the hall to the doors of Ebb & Flow Yoga Studio for refreshments before beginning the journey into deep relaxation where you’ll be guided through a 90 minute reiki-infused Restorative Sound Bath with live music and hands-on healing. This tranquil day will end with a nidra-inspired sound journey through the senses placing you in the loving hands of your own nurturing heart.
