Flow Into Fall: A Women’s Gathering
Join us for a nurturing afternoon designed to honor the change of seasons and reconnect with yourself in a supportive circle of women. Together we’ll flow through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to help you release what no longer serves you and welcome the balance of autumn.
You’ll also enjoy a creative craft activity to ground your intentions and take a piece of the experience home with you. This workshop blends movement, mindfulness, and community connection—guided by women, for women.
No experience is necessary. All women are welcome. 💛
