What to Expect:
-Open floor space—Bring anything to make you feel comfortable (yoga mat, blanket, chair, etc.)
-Light snacks & water will be provided
-Small play area—Toddlers and siblings are welcome, though we recommend attending with just you & your nursling to create a calm, focused space
