GATHERING OF THE SHEPHERDS

The Gathering of the Shepherds: Pastors and Leadership Conference (GOTS) is an annual gathering of some of the Kingdom's most powerful and prolific persons. Under the divine leadership of Bishop Varnie N. Fullwood, Ph.D., pastors and leaders from across the globe have gathered for the past 15 years to be empowered and equipped to be the progressive leaders God has called them to be.

The 16th Annual GOTS conference is going to be even more powerful! The world is in bad shape and in need of the Body of Christ to be what God purposed it to be. More importantly, the church appears to be struggling to make advancements in this spiritual battle. Many churches are dying and closing doors due to drastic drops in membership. It looks like we are in the midst of the great falling away, and if things don't turn around soon, church as we know it will be a memory. But God! But I don't believe God is interested in letting His bride die! In fact, I believe the Church is about to be empowered to overcome and to be effective in every good work! The bible declared that in the last days there would be a pouring out of His spirit and I believe this conference is a beginning of the release of power in God's church in this season. God has purposed this gathering to be a place for Him to release His power and authority on the people of God in an unusual manner! This year, shepherds and leadership teams from all over are gathering together to be filled with power and authority to overtake the world for Christ! It's time for the Church to flourish again!

DATE: FEBRUARY 23-25, 2026

WHERE: Marina Inn at Grande Dunes, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The conference will include powerful praise and worship, world renowned speakers providing divine impartation, Kingdom resources, vendor opportunities, and much more!
