This Summit invites you to align your inner purpose with your outer presence, changing how you navigate challenges and claim your space.
Because when women show up authentically and powerfully, we don't just change rooms, we change systems.

Welcome by host or founder – set the tone and share the vision for the day.
09:30 – 10:15 Morning Keynote: “Turning Up with Intention”
Focus: Building internal alignment between purpose and presence..
10:15 – 11:15 Panel 1: “Radical Resilience: Stories from the Edge”
4 women leaders share 10-minute stories
Topics: Overcoming burnout, navigating transformation, and reframing failure.
11:15 – 11:30 Morning Break
Coffee, tea, light refreshments
11.30 – 12:15 Fireside: “The Power of Showing Up and Values”
Host interviews a surprise guest or rising leader- awards winners
12:15 – 13:15 Lunch & Table Topics
Buffet or served lunch. Optional “Table Hosts” lead light discussion on visibility, imposter syndrome, etc.
13:15 – 14:30 Interactive Session: “How Do You Show Up?”
Participants work in pairs/small groups to refine their “leadership presence statement”

Session 2 - “Resilience: Lessons from Post Traumatic Growth”
Session 3 - “Making Yourself Seen: Tactical Visibility”
Topics: Personal branding, strategic networking, speaking up, social media.

16:00 – 17:00 Afternoon Keynote: “Visibility is a Leadership Act”
Focus: How women can step into visibility without apology – media, meetings, promotions, and power.
