Pineapple has now been collecting people data from the industry’s best employers for over 12 months. The industry’s first ever benchmarks for employee turnover, 90-day turnover, internal progression, to name a few, are now alive and kicking.

Philip will be talking through the highlights, the lowlights, the insights and the future of what bringing this data to board rooms could look like. Of course, sprinkled with a few musings about creating one of the UKs best burger brands whilst being obsessed with people experience.
