The New Year Unwind will be a gentle day, held at the peaceful Garden Room at Newton Meadows just a 10-minute drive from Shrewsbury. Expect a soothing day filled with yoga and Pilates, a sound bath, nourishing food and relaxation. Everything is suitable for total beginners or if like me, you've been taking a break.
Here's what's included:
