The gentle sound frequencies encourage deep rest, stress reduction, and mental clarity—helping participants reset and restore both body and mind.
No prior meditation experience is needed; simply relax, breathe, and allow the soundscape to guide you into a state of calm. The practitioner for the Sound Bath series is Malinie Feeney, an experienced 500-hour yoga teacher and sound healer.
Here are some tips to fully enjoy the Sound Bath Meditation:
Bring your personal yoga mat.
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and set your mat.
