The New Moon Ripple Experience - a full nervous system reset for winter

A somatic exercise class with nervous system regulation + breath work. Community acupuncture, cold plunge/sauna, food, and NA bevies
About this Event

Ripple is a somatic experience for overstimulated people. Connect with yourself, release stored tension and emotions, regulate your nervous system and come back to center.

Let's gather as we move in to Winter and the November New Moon. As always, we will move in ways to release stuck energy, then we will take it down a notch and move a little slower than normal. We will rest, release, and relax so that our muscles and mind can find a deep reset. We will set intentions to move in to winter + the new moon. We will have a breathwork practitioner to lead us through a breathwork practice to end out our class as Shelby plays sound bowls to facilitate deep rest.

What to Expect:

We will do a Ripple Somatic Class together, moving through big yoga-like poses to release energy. You will learn nervous system regulation tools to use in your every day. We will end with a breathwork, a sound bath, and meditation.

Stick around for community and food! We'll celelbrate with NA bevies from Gruvi and tapas style food from The Dynamic Dietition.

Then, we will have community accupuncture from Point Prescription to move us in to a zen state.

Bring your swimsuit and end it all with a cold plunge or a sweat at Portal. We'll do this together in community to deepen the connections you've made.

Expect to leave feeling refreshed and reset, ready to move in to winter with ease.

**All the above activities are included in the ticket price.
