We’ll discuss how appraisers evaluate a property, what information can make a difference, common issues that can negatively affect an appraisal, and how Realtors can better prepare both the home and the documentation that supports its value.
We’ll also cover the increased level of property detail appraisers are being asked to capture—including updates, improvements, condition, systems, materials, and other information that may not be readily available through public records.
You’ll leave with practical strategies you can begin using immediately to:
