We recommend the following parking options for attendees:

1. Street Parking (Recommended)

• Abundant metered and non-metered street parking is typically available throughout the surrounding downtown area.
• Nearby streets include S. 5th Street, E. Cary Street, S. 7th Street, and Tredegar Street.

2. American Civil War Museum Parking

• Convenient public parking is available near the American Civil War Museum.
• Address: 401 E. Cary Street, Richmond, VA 23219
• Approximately a 5-minute walk to the CoStar campus.

3. Rideshare Services

• Uber and Lyft are highly recommended for guests attending the event.
• The Foundry Park transportation hub and rideshare drop-off area are located along S. 5th Street adjacent to the campus.

4. Public Transit

• Richmond's GRTC bus system is free to ride and serves multiple routes throughout downtown with stops within a short walk of the campus.
