The Movement Social is a full-day celebration of health, movement, and community --- all happening at The Refinery (1640 Meeting Street)!!! We're bringing together fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brands to give you the ultimate experience in feeling good inside and out. Kick off the morning with DJMikeTech before our 3 different workout classes lined up. Jump into one OR two of these energizing fitness classes starting at 9:15AM and stay throughout the morning for recovery, shopping, music, and a good time! From workouts and recovery experiences to product demos, samples, and exclusive shopping --- this is your chance to connect with the best of Charleston's fitness and wellness scene. Whether you're sweating it out, discovering new health-focused brands, or taking home some extra goodies, the Movement Social is all about celebrating YOU! Workout Class Schedule (each class is 35 minutes each): 9:15AM Jibe Cycling Studio 10AM Legion Performance Club 10:45AM Jane. Do SCULPT General Admission tickets includes - Live DJ experience all morning, wellness demos, freebies, & shopping with our local vendors. General Admission + 1 workout class tickets includes - 1 workout class of your choice and live DJ experience all morning, wellness demos, freebies, & shopping with our local vendors. General Admission + 2 workout classes tickets includes - 2 workout classes of your choice and live DJ experience all morning, wellness demos, freebies, & shopping with our local vendors. General Admission + 3 workout classes tickets includes - All of the workouts! Don't miss a beat in each of the three 35 minute classes.
