About this Event

Join us for a morning of meaningful networking with business builders who are excited about growing together. After the open networking we're going to engage in structured, intentional discussion, and live coaching. Any one attending the event may apply for a chance in the Hot Seat, where we'll work together to diagnose the root cause of their business challenge and identify the leverage point that creates the greatest impact.

The Business Hot Seat is a one of a kind event where hidden business problems get uncovered - in real time. It's designed around an unfortunate truth, entrepeneurs often feel very lonely in their work. But they don't have to be, and this event was designed as an antidote.

How it works: Any one may apply for a chance to sit in the Hot Seat and describe their most impactful business challenge right now. Then we'll have several minutes for the business community to pitch in with ideas, observations, and resources as an organized think tank. Followed by 5-10 minutes of live, interactive coaching with Coach Caleb.

Don't enjoy speaking in front of people, or having all eyes on you? Don't worry, no one is going to call on you or require you to participate. There's plenty of space for introverts to blend in. Even if you're not in the Hot Seat, you'll quickly discover that every business owner in the room is solving versions of the same handful of problems. The lessons, frameworks, and breakthroughs apply far beyond the person sitting in the most valuable chair in the room.
