The Money Stuff is an honest, approachable conversation about how to make banking work better for you, whether you own a business, are thinking about starting one, or simply want to understand your options and make smarter decisions with your money.

We’ll talk about the questions people often don’t ask until they need something: What should you actually expect from a banker? When should you start building that relationship? What opportunities, products, or programs might you not even know to ask about?

And if you own a business, when should you start thinking about an exit plan—and what does that even look like? What should you be doing now to prepare for where you want to be five, ten, or twenty years from now?

Steve Bishop is the Market President at First Financial Bank, where he brings more than thirteen years in banking to helping local business owners find the right products, programs, and people to support their goals. Before joining First Financial in 2024, he worked as a Business Advisor for the Indiana Small Business Development Center and Ivy Tech Community College.

But ask Steve, and he'll tell you banking isn't really about products, it's about people.
