🧘 Mindfulness Practice (60 minutes)
Led by Sabita Dahal from Jivan Bigyan Organization, this session will guide you through foundational techniques and a calming meditation to anchor your awareness and reduce stress.
🌟 LKGCB Vision Sharing (30 minutes)
Discover the mission of the Lumbini Kapilvastu Global Campaign and our local plans here in Belgium. Learn how you can be part of building a more mindful and connected community.
🤝 Networking Reception (30 minutes)
Connect with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy light refreshments as we build relationships and shared intentions for the year ahead.
