Voel de muziek en beweeg zoals enkel jij dat kunt. Niks is fout, alles is juist. Geen ervaring nodig. Iedereen is welkom.
Laat je leiden door de frequenties en verwacht beats die je laten zweten en zweven tijdens deze twee uur durende danssessie die zowel je hart als geest verrijkt.
Een grondende maar speelse meditatie-oefening aan het begin van de sessie door Britt maakt de danservaring intenser.

Line is ecstatic dance dj, yoga leerkracht en dansfacilitator Open Floor Movement. Met Dance Rebels brengt ze het beste van deze werelden samen om de danser op een stimulerende manier te laten sporten, de mentale veerkracht te verhogen en mensen samen te brengen in een sociale, verbindende context. Zelfzorg was nog nooit zo fijn!
Britt's hart ligt in danstheater en stemexpressie. Ze bezit een gevarieerde waaier aan conscious dance ervaring van Berlijn tot Bali en Portugal. Haar speelse energie is aanstekelijk en ze is een natuurtalent als het aankomt op het somatisch begeleiden van dansers.
Line's favoriete music: AfroBeats, jungle, soul, jazz, klassiek... Iedere sessie bestaat uit een zorgvuldig gekozen selectie van tracks in allerlei genres.

🌱 Wederzijdse toestemming en respect voor elkaar. Dit is een all-inclusieve dansruimte.
🌱 We dansen op blote voeten, sokken of lichte dansschoenen.

Welkom vanaf 19u15 om de zaal te ontdekken. We dansen van 19u30 - 21u30.

Neem het steegje links naast de Sporthal Rijschool, Rijschoolstraat 21, 3000 Leuven.
Het treinstation van Leuven is op 15 minuten wandelen.
Dichtst bijzijnde parking is de Q-Park aan Inno. Goedkoopste parking in de buurt is Mincklerparking.

Feel the music and move like only you can. No move is wrong, everything is right. No prior experience needed. Everyone is welcome.
Let yourself be guided by the frequencies and expect beats that make you move & sweat during this 2 hours workout that lifts your spirit and trains you heart.
A short, guided meditation exercises at the beginning of the session makes your dance experience more profound. Make it ugly, make it smooth.
💚 This event will be mainly guided in Dutch but don't let it scare you! The Flemish are really nice people and DJ Line will translate whenever necessary! Don't be shy!

Line is an ecstatic dance dj, yoga teacher and dance facilitator in Open Floor Movement. With Dance Rebels she united the best of these worlds to offer the dancer a stimulating workout, to increase mental resilience, and to bring people together in a social, connecting context. Self-care has never been more fun!
Britt's heart lies in dance theater and vocal expression. She has experienced many conscious dance workshops from Berlin to Bali and Portugal. Her playful energy is contagious and she is a natural when it comes to somatic guiding of dancers.
Line's favourite music: AfroBeats, Jungle, soul, some jazz, classical... Every session consists of a blend of carefully picked tracks in different genres that take you on a surprising journey.

On the left of the Sporthal Rijschool (Rijschoolstraat 21, 3000 Leuven) take the narrow road and walk to the playground of the school.
The train station of Leuven is a 15 minute walk.
