In this immersive, beginner-friendly series, you will lay the foundation for a sustainable personal practice through gentle somatic movement, targeted mobility, and nervous system regulation. With every class, you will learn to quiet the noise of modern life as you build physical strength, ignite your mind-body connection, and implement practical tools to shift out of survival mode and into conscious alignment.

Meet your host
Nakisha Nation, MBA, RYT
Kisha has been a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) since 2019. As an accountant by trade with an MBA, and a busy mother of three, she intimately understands the realities of high-stress environments, information overload, and the physical toll of a sedentary lifestyle.
Her approach is rooted in the deep understanding that complete healing must be holistic. Because our emotions and past stresses are stored directly in our physical tissues, we cannot simply think or talk our way into peace—true healing requires us to move the body. Kisha firmly believes in this "bottom-up" approach to therapeutic wellness; because the body keeps the score, addressing our well-being solely from the top down leaves the picture incomplete.
This series was born out of her personal journey using movement, breathwork, and meditation to release stored tension, navigate intense stress, find deep healing, and reclaim safety within herself. Kisha blends professional precision with deep empathy, creating a welcoming, zero-judgment space where you can step off the hamster wheel of daily life and return home to your body.
