- Anyone who is healthy and at least 16 years old* can give blood.
- The full visit usually takes about an hour, but the actual donation lasts around 10 minutes.
- You’ll start with a quick health screening to make sure you’re good to go.
- You’ll end the visit with free snacks, beverages and food to refuel!
* 16-year-olds must weigh at least 125 pounds and provide signed parental permission; 17-year-olds must weigh at least 125 pounds; 18+-year-olds must weigh at least 110 pounds. Photo ID required
